This download contains Lesson 1 of my 8 part series, which a focuses on all the most common and basic features in Word. Microsoft Word 2019 Tutorial
It’s the quickest of all my lessons and is a great first lesson for the quarter. The information pane will appear whenever you access Backstage view. You can also inspect the document to remove personal info and protect it to keep others from making further changes. From the Print pane, you can change the print settings and print your document. At first look you will not find any much difference to MS Word version 2019 if you are an old user and have been using previous versions like MS Word 2016 or MS Word 2013. However, Microsoft Word version 2019 contains several updates and changes that you must be aware of.
The newer version integrates well with Microsoft Office 365 and serves as a comprehensive document processing software. Though these Microsoft Office licenses are the 2019 version, you may find they offer just as much usability and workflow streamlining as the latest version of Microsoft’s top-rated suite. Return to Word
From the Account pane, you can access your Microsoft account information, modify your theme and background, and sign out of your account. From here, you can invite people to view and collaborate on your document. From here, you can export your document in another file format, such as PDF/XPS.
